
The principle of a capacitive liquid level sensor is to use the capacitance formed by the liquid medium filled between the positive and negative probes to linearly change with the liquid level, and convert the change in capacitance (i.e. the change in liquid level) into a standard electrical signal output. The core components of the product use highly integrated specialized capacitance measurement chips, which have undergone precise temperature compensation and approximately self correction, and have the advantages of high precision, high stability, and continuous measurement. No need for drilling, replacing the original car oil float solution, safe and reliable.

Convenience:It can be fixed by flange installation, simple and easy to operate.
Independence:Directly measuring the fuel level in the fuel tank to obtain fuel consumption values does not have any effect or impact on the oil system/pipeline.
Uniqueness:Users with range self truncation function can recalibrate by pressing the button, and digital output can also be equipped with debugging software.
Self adjustability:Sensors can adjust their range on-site and be installed according to different fuel tank sizes; The sensor has added temperature compensation function to automatically correct errors caused by changes in fuel volume due to temperature fluctuations.
Security:Directly replace the original fuel gauge without the need to drill holes and install capacitive sensors on the fuel tank. The electronic compartment adopts explosion-proof design and has passed explosion-proof certification. The sensor flange has two layers of leak proof grooves to prevent oil leakage problems.
