On June 29, 2013, with the strong cooperation of the property management office, our company invited the Ao team from the management office to explain the use of fire extinguishers and conduct a fire extinguishing drill by locating the fire point. The specific details are as follows:

 

1、 Fire training arrangement

 

1. Training time: Starting from 4:00 pm on June 29th;

 

2. Training location: conference room;

 

3. Training format: audio-visual training;

 

4. Participants: All personnel of the company.

 

2、 Fire drill arrangement

 

1. Exercise time: Starting from 5:00 pm on June 29th, after sounding the alarm signal, evacuate in an orderly manner according to the following evacuation routes;

 

2. The gathering place has been changed. Due to the inability to conduct fire drills within the factory area, the gathering place has been relocated to the basketball court in the dormitory area;

 

3. The evacuation route remains unchanged:

 

1) The company is divided into two groups for evacuation: Group A (Production&Quality Department, R&D Department) and Group B (Human Resources Department, Marketing Department, Procurement Department, Warehousing Department, Finance Department);

 

2) Group A was evacuated through the workshop fire escape route, led by Ouyang Yingqi; Group B evacuated through the front door emergency exit, led by Wu Ting;

 

4. Assist in arranging personnel

 

1) Evacuation team members: Ouyang Yingqi, Wu Ting, Fan Wei (management personnel)

 

2) Rescue team members: Li Yuanyuan, Wan Lei (management personnel)
