The combination of fiber optic sensors and integrated optical path technology has accelerated the development of fiber optic sensor technology. Fiber optic sensors have the characteristics of high bandwidth, low signal processing voltage, high reliability, and low cost by replacing the original optical components and passive optical components with integrated optical path devices.
